Safe Families Rockford Chapter is partnering with United way to bring services to the Ellis Heights Neighborhood. The Irving Avenue Strong Neighborhood House will serve as the new permanent office for Safe Families and create opportunities to build relationships with the surrounding residents and nonprofits.
